Acoustic Foxx announces new single “This Time”

We are excited to announce Acoustic Foxx’s new single “This Time” which will be released on the 2nd of September 2020.

“This Time” was recorded at Crosstown Soundstudio Recording in Preston, Melbourne and is quite possibly Foxx’s best work to date.

Feeling more confident in the studio this time around to back myself & achieve the outcome I was aiming for. It’s true, achievement comes from the hard work you put in.

Trevor Petrie announces new solo album “Live At Mouse Mountain”

We are excited to announce the release of Trevor Petrie’s new solo album “Live at Mouse Mountain”.

Recorded at Mouse Mountain Studios in Kyabram with Cameron Prictor and Josh Ratcliffe on the 13th of September, 2019, “Live at Mouse Mountain” is an intimate eight track chronicle of the human condition.

I can see it clear, in my reflection in your tears, I should’ve faced my fears for now fear is all I know.

The Bitter End

If you caught any of Trevor’s live shows throughout 2018-19, you will be familiar with all eight tracks, however most are previously unreleased with only three of the eight appearing on earlier EP’s Lion In The Closet and The Beauty Of Solitude (The War of Ideas).

Craig Williams really experiments with different fusions of genres across the entire song landscape, throwing in different melodies, instruments and vocal ability. It’s refreshing to listen to an Acoustic Foxx album, because if you have never listened to one before, you almost don’t know what to expect, even by the song title.

I suppose…in many ways really, this particular sound of Trevor Petrie And The War Of Ideas is one that I’ve come to associate with that entire continent.
